Loved the rooftop terrace and pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine during the summer months. the breakfast selection was outstanding with a wide variety of options to choose from, including freshly made juices, pastries, hot foods, and even salads. Definitely the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of coffee and pastry shops nearby.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to the metro station. This made it easy for me to explore the city and also to travel to other places like the Wanda Metropolitano stadium. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom. The hotel had great facilities, including a handy smartphone that provided access to the internet, calls, city guide, and tickets/tours. The staff were excellent, organizing taxis, breakfast, and wake-up calls, and they were always willing to help. The location was perfect, very close to a metro station and within walking distance of local food stores, restaurants, and major attractions like Retiro Park.

During our Christmas stay, we were very pleased with the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. the check, in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including gluten, free and lactose, free choices. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions and landmarks within walking distance.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the bar staff seemed to lack attentiveness and customer service skills.

Child-friendly hotel lobby with play area. Breakfast buffet is extensive and fresh, at a reasonable price. Smiling and accommodating staff to make for a flawless stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. It offered a fantastic value for the money and catered to all our dietary needs, including options for a diabetic and a strict vegan. The hotel's modern styling, convenient location near the Goya Metro, and clean and comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. The little touches like water in the room and a kettle with tea/coffee were much appreciated. Plus, the smartphone provided in the room was a great bonus for exploring the city.

I had a great time staying here! The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro from two stations that are literally a stone's throw away. Service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping making sure I had everything I needed. The amenities truly made me feel pampered, with all the comforts of home plus some extra goodies like a lovely terrace and a poolside snack bar.
