Loved the rooftop terrace and pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine during the summer months. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from, including freshly made juices, pastries, hot foods, and even salads. Definitely the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of coffee and pastry shops nearby.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to the metro station. We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. It offered a fantastic value for the money and catered to all our dietary needs, including options for a diabetic and a strict vegan. The hotel's modern styling, convenient location near the Goya Metro, and clean and comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. The little touches like water in the room and a kettle with tea/coffee were much appreciated. Plus, the smartphone provided in the room was a great bonus for exploring the city.

Service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping making sure I had everything I needed. We had an very nice stay at a large, well-appointed hotel with nice amenities. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop pool was an added bonus, perfect for cooling off in the August heat. The really good service from all staff members made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The only downside was the distance from the downtown area, but overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
